PepTalk Speaker Finder
MCP connector documentation for Claude directory reviewers and integrators. This page is not indexed.
Endpoint
Remote MCP server: https://mcp-connector.getapeptalk.com (also accepts /mcp).
Auth: none. Transport: Streamable HTTP.
Health: GET https://mcp-connector.getapeptalk.com/health → {"ok":true}
What it does
Search PepTalk’s speaker catalogue and submit event enquiries. Tools:
search-experts — shortlist speakers by topic, name, format, location or budget
get-speaker-details — public profile details
show-brief-form — collect event brief fields
create-brief — submit an enquiry to PepTalk
How to use
- Connect the MCP server URL above in Claude (or another MCP client). No API key or PepTalk account.
- Ask for speakers, for example: “Find keynote speakers on leadership for a conference in London.”
- Ask for more detail on a speaker from the shortlist.
- When ready, ask Claude to open a brief and submit an enquiry with the organiser’s name and email.
Test cases
With the connector already connected:
- Ask: Find keynote speakers on leadership for a conference in London. Expect a shortlist with names, topics and fee bands.
- Ask: Show me more detail on the first speaker. Expect a public profile summary.
- Optional write check: ask to open a brief for a hybrid leadership summit in March (~£15k), submit with a clearly fake contact such as
claude-review@example.com and note “Claude directory review — please ignore.” Expect a short confirmation only (no internal IDs).
Steps 1–2 are enough for a read-only review.
